Research areas Generation of the baryon asymmetry of the Universe, possible small violations of statistics, search for particles with small fractional electric charge (millicharged particles), possible electric charge non-conservation, search for new light gauge bosons, possible violation of the SU(3) color symmetry, mirror matter, early grand unification, magnetic monopoles, orthopositronium lifetime problem, neutrino physics, variability of fundamental constants, and a novel test of Modified Newtonian Dynamics (MOND).

 

Current interests Range from foundations of quantum theory to experimental physics. The unifying theme is fundamental principles of quantum theory, elementary particle physics, and cosmology, both in their theoretical and experimental aspects.
